How much will it cost to clean my carpet?

Our prices are in line with other Cleaning Units, but bookings for February and March will be at a discount rate as a promotional incentive. This is to help encourage new customers into using our excellent service. Normally a living room carpet will start at a minimum of £40, but prices will. be subject to an estimation to establish prices according to size.

How much will it cost to clean my sofa?

Sofa/settees and other soft furnishing will be subject to an estimation as these items come in all shapes and sizes. Also the condition of the furniture would need to be considered.

Are the cleaning chemicals you use safe enough when cleaning my property?

The person who will be cleaning your furnishings or carpets, will be fully trained and insured accordingly as required within this industry. Prior to using the cleaning products, relevent PH testing will be completed to ensure correct cleaning products are used. Will you be able to move/lift my furniture around prior to any cleaning?

Unfortunately our insurance policy does not include the movement of any heavy furniture. However, items such as small coffee table or small chairs would be moved. What we are aware of is that on nearly all home visits, the owners normally move items that obstruct the areas that require cleaning, prior to our visit to commence work.

Are you available to work during non office hours?

Yes we would be available, as we fully understand that in many cases flexibility is essential, to accommodate other peoples/customers situations.
